Inquiry announces venue for health and social care impact hearings

The Scottish COVID-19 Inquiry has confirmed George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh, as the venue for its health and social care impact hearings, which will begin in October 2023.

This will allow refurbishment works to continue at pace at the Inquiry’s premises at Waverley Gate, Edinburgh, with a view to providing the Inquiry with a permanent hearing space by summer 2024.

Both George House and the Inquiry premises at Waverley Gate offer excellent accessibility and transport links for those participating in the Inquiry’s hearings. Hearings will be livestreamed on the Inquiry’s YouTube channel.
